All sales made through Chemflex Labs are final. Due to the nature of our products—sold strictly for research and laboratory use only—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been shipped.

Reporting Issues

Any issues with your order must be reported within 7 business days of receiving your package. After this window, we cannot guarantee resolution or replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage or issue

Once verified, our support team will determine if a replacement or partial refund is appropriate.

Chemflex Labs reserves the right to request the return of the damaged product before issuing a replacement.

Shipping & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or seized shipments resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer

  • Customs inspections or import restrictions

  • Carrier delays beyond our control
