Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods or when products are on backorder, processing may take up to 9 business days while we await shipment from our manufacturer or fulfillment partner.

We appreciate your patience — our team prioritizes quality control and accurate fulfillment on every order.


Backorders & Delays

In rare cases, certain items may be temporarily out of stock or delayed in transit from our suppliers.
If your order includes a backordered item, we will:

  • Notify you by email with the estimated restock date, and

  • Ship the entire order once all items are available (unless you request a partial shipment).

Chemflex Labs is not liable for delays caused by manufacturer shortages, customs, or carrier disruptions.


Shipping Times

After processing, average transit times are as follows:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. Chemflex Labs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may incur a reshipping fee.
We cannot refund orders lost because of incomplete or incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.


Customs & International Orders

Buyers outside the United States are responsible for complying with their local import regulations.
Chemflex Labs is not liable for packages delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs.
