1. Waiver & Disclaimer of Liability

By ordering from Chemflex Labs, you (“the Buyer”) confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and have carefully read and understood this disclaimer.

Under no circumstances shall Chemflex Labs, its owners, or affiliates be held liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or handling of any products sold—whether such liability is based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chemflex Labs from any and all claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities resulting from possession, handling, or use of products obtained through our website.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from placing an order.

2. Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for research and laboratory purposes only.

  • Products are not for human or animal consumption, internal use, injection, diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic purposes.

  • None of our products have been tested for safety or efficacy in food, drug, or medical applications.

  • Purchase of any Chemflex Labs product does not grant any license or permission to use the product in violation of patents or laws.

Customers must:

  1. Be familiar with all relevant laws and regulations regarding the handling of research materials.

  2. Understand the potential hazards associated with these products.

  3. Follow all recommended laboratory safety practices.

  4. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and international regulations.

Chemflex Labs reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if misuse or suspicious activity is suspected.

3. Buyer’s Responsibility

  • The Buyer is solely responsible for determining and understanding all potential hazards, applications, and regulations concerning any product purchased.

  • All Chemflex Labs products are not dietary supplements and not intended for medical use.

  • Products should be handled only by qualified and trained professionals in controlled research environments.

  • Buyers outside the United States must ensure compliance with their local import laws and customs regulations.

  • Chemflex Labs is not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns on research chemicals once shipped. However, we will review refund or replacement requests for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

Requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed at our discretion.

Additional terms:

  • Customer pays return shipping for approved returns.

  • Refunds (if approved) may incur up to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Orders canceled before shipment may incur a $25 processing fee.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

  • Chemflex Labs is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

We may, at our discretion, issue a one-time 30% discount toward a future order in such cases.

5. Product Quality Guarantee

All products are tested for identity and purity prior to sale.

Buyers may independently verify product authenticity through an accredited HPLC testing facility.
If a verified test returns negative results, Chemflex Labs will refund:

  • The full order amount,

  • Shipping costs, and

  • The verified HPLC testing fee.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliates must comply with all program guidelines. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Prohibited actions include:

  • Bidding on “Chemflex” or related brand keywords in PPC/SEO campaigns

  • Listing Chemflex discount codes on coupon aggregator sites

  • Generating commissions from your own orders

Chemflex Labs reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program or its terms at any time.

7. Final Note

By purchasing from Chemflex Labs, you acknowledge that all products are sold as Research Compounds only.
Improper handling or misuse—including human or veterinary administration—is strictly prohibited and may violate federal law.
